For teams or position groups of 6 or more players:

  • $20 per player per training session
  • Applies to any 919 Elite Football Club training program* (youth or high school)… *Excluding Quarterback Club and Small Group Training
  • Designed for schools, youth organizations, and club programs that want their athletes training in a structured, competitive environment together

How the Group Rate Works (Rules & Guidelines)

Minimum Group Size

  • Group rate applies to 6 or more players from the same school/program for a specific training date.
  • If fewer than 6 players attend, the program can: Either pay the equivalent of 6 players, or have those players attend at the standard individual rate for that session.

Pre-Registration & Roster

  • Coaches submit a group interest form or roster at least 5 days before the training date.
  • Roster should include: player name, grade, position, school/program, and parent contact email.
  • One Team Contact/Coach will serve as the main point of contact with 919 Elite.

Group Release, Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement In consideration of the use of the facilities and/or services provided by 919 Elite Football Club by all individuals whose names are listed below (collectively, the “Participants”), it is acknowledged and agreed that each Participant understands the nature of the Activity and is qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate. Each Participant acknowledges that if they believe event conditions are unsafe, they will immediately discontinue participation in the Activity. The undersigned Point of Contact (“POC”) represents and warrants that they are responsible for ensuring that each listed Participant has been informed of, understands, and agrees to the terms of this Agreement, and that each Participant has been cleared by the POC to participate. The POC further affirms that all Participants are medically and physically able to take part in the Activity. All Participants, and/or the parent or legal guardian signing on behalf of a minor Participant, fully understand that participation in this Activity involves risks of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis, and death, which may be caused by their own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, the condition of the premises, or the negligence of the “Releasees” identified below. Participants understand that additional risks may exist that are not known or foreseeable at this time, and each Participant fully accepts and assumes all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of participation in the Activity. Each Participant, and/or the parent or legal guardian signing on behalf of a minor Participant, hereby releases, discharges, and covenants not to sue 919 ELITE FOOTBALL CLUB and their respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, umpires, referees, employees, other participants, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which the Activity takes place (each considered one of the “RELEASEES” herein), from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on account of injury or harm to any Participant, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations. Furthermore, each Participant, and/or the parent or legal guardian signing on behalf of a minor Participant, agrees that if, despite this Release, Waiver of Liability, and Assumption of Risk, they or anyone acting on their behalf makes a claim against any of the Releasees, they will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost incurred as a result of such claim. The POC also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all Releasees for any claim arising from the failure of any listed Participant to comply with this Agreement. By signing below, the POC acknowledges that they have read this Group Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement, understand that substantial rights are being waived on behalf of all listed Participants, and affirm that this Agreement is executed freely and voluntarily, without inducement or assurance of any kind. It is the intention of the undersigned that this Agreement constitute a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent permitted by law. If any portion of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect
919 will contact you after your submission for payment. 919 requires one lump payment for all participants of the group, due prior to the date of training.
