Event RSVP

Families are required to RSVP ahead of time so 919 can get an accurate count of those attending events. The number of RSVP’s can determine roster formations and per player costs.

  • 919 is not responsible for event cancellations by third parties. 

  •  IN ORDER TO COMPETE, WE MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 10 PLAYERS PER TEAM, NOT INCLUDING A QUARTERBACK.

  • You must RSVP when notified and meet the RSVP Deadline.

  • ONLY SELECT TEAMS/PLAYERS MAY BE ASKED TO PARTICIPATE IN SCHEDULED EVENTS.

  • DO NOT MAKE TRAVEL PLANS UNTIL INSTRUCTED.

  • 919 reserves the right to release players from the roster or terminate a team’s season based upon lack of participation/commitment or non-payment.

Kindly remit your tournament fee via Cash App ($919elitefc) immediately upon confirming your RSVP. Should you prefer to pay through alternative means, kindly contact us via email or text our business line at (919) 618-1988.
*If you Select "YES" you will also need to fill out the Permission to Travel Form. Coaches or other families may be able to transport those without transportation. Those needing transportation also agree to contribute to transportation and lodging expenses.
For overnight trips, players not traveling with family will share rooms with other players. Those needing lodging agree to contribute their portion of lodging expenses. Players are prohibited to share rooms with any 919 coach, staff or volunteer.

Code of Conduct applies to my conduct during travel. I agree to follow the Code of Conduct while on the trip and understand that I may be disciplined if I violate the Code of Conduct. 1. I will conduct myself with maturity, courtesy, and respect toward all parties on the trip, including, but not limited to, my teammates, chaperones/parents, opponents, and all personnel at places interacted with during the trip. 2. I realize that the chaperones are responsible for my welfare and the welfare of the group. Accordingly, I will always obey their instructions. 3. I acknowledge that this is an educational trip. I realize my participation in all group meetings, meals, tours, excursions, and other scheduled events is mandatory. 4. I realize that I will only be exempt from participating in scheduled events if I am ill and I obtain prior permission from a chaperone/coach/parent to miss an event. 5. I will never go off alone or make any unplanned trips or excursions while on the trip. I will keep a chaperone/coach/parent always informed of my whereabouts. 6. I will respect public and personal property. I understand that any damage incurred to public property or personal property because of my conduct will be my responsibility. I understand that the 919 Elite Football Club is not liable for any damage that may occur to my personal property on any trip. 7. I will respect the curfew given by the chaperones/coaches. I will not leave my assigned lodgings after curfew unless I am accompanied by a chaperone/coach. 8. I will not drink alcohol, smoke, vape, use other tobacco products, or use illegal drugs and/or medication that is not prescribed to me during trips. Additionally, I will not accept or transport any of these items. 9. I understand that if I do not follow the rules and expectations listed above, or if I engage in illegal activity, I may be required to come home early, or be dismissed from the team, without refund. I understand that my parents will be financially responsible for making arrangements to get me home. Parent’s Code of Conduct (or Legal Guardian): 1. I (and my guests) will be a positive role model for my child and encourage sportsmanship by showing respect and courtesy, and by demonstrating positive support for all players, coaches, officials and spectators at every game, practice or other sporting event. 2. I (and my guests) will not engage in any kind of unsportsmanlike conduct with any official, coach, player or parent such as booing and taunting, refusing to shake hands, or using profane language or gestures. 3. I will not encourage any behaviors or practices that would endanger the health and well-being of athletes. 4. I will demand that my child treat other players, coaches, officials, and spectators with respect at all times regardless of race, creed, color, sex or ability. 5. I will never ridicule or yell at my child or other participants for making a mistake or losing a competition. 6. I will respect the officials and coaches for their authority during games and practices; I will never question, discuss, or confront coaches publicly, but will take time to speak with coaches at an agreed-upon time and place. 7. I will refrain from coaching my child or other players during games and practices unless I am one of the registered coaches for the team.
I consent for my child to travel with 919. I'm financially responsible for all travel, lodging, and tournament fees associated with the events, including food, and entertainment.
